Terms of Business

Placing an Order 

• ReptAquatics reserves the right to deny sale to anyone that does not display proper husbandry knowledge.
• We have NO MINIUMUM order.
• The cost of shipping for most orders currently ranges from $35.00-$85.00 depending on the size of your order. These are subject to change. Due to the nature of this business, shipping and packaging fees vary -

• South Carolina residents must pay a 6% sales tax.
• A packaging fee of $10.00 will apply to all sales of live animals.

Guarantee Policy

• All animals sold are guaranteed to be in APPARENT visual good health.
• There is a live arrival guarantee on all reptiles when delivered on time with express service. Purchasers must pick animals up at airport within 3 hours of arrival, or be present to accept shipment when it arrives at purchaser's designated delivery address; otherwise, guarantee is VOID.
• No guarantee will be offered to destinations above 90 degrees or below 40.
• There is an 5 day health guarantee on all captive born and propagated animals.
• Discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving.

 Payment

• No animals will be shipped before full payment is received.
• No animals will be held without full payment.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via PayPal

Packaging

• All animals are shipped in a secure 3 layer package:

              - Deli cup or snake bag

              - Insulated foam container

              - Cardboard box

Shipping Dry Goods

• We ship dry goods via USPS and FedEx.
• Delivery time is generally between 7 - 10 days.

Venomous Terms

• No sales to minors (under 21 Y.O.A), NO EXCEPTIONS.
• You MUST provide a valid state ID of the state you currently reside in. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• References regarding your husbandry, caging and prior experience may be required.
• Know your state and local laws AND abide by them. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Provide knowledge of proper bite protocol. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Sign a waiver confirming that you agree to these terms and release ReptAquatics from any and all liability from your actions. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• We currently do not ship venomous.
• When we are able to ship venomous, we will NOT ship to states that prohibit venomous animals. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse sale to ANYONE that cannot meet nor agree to these terms.

Shipping Live Animals

• We ship live animals via Shipyourreptiles.com.
• Shipping is overnight and door to door.
• The average delivery time at your location is generally before 10:30AM your local time. The exact delivery time may vary, and is out of our control.
• We ship Mondays through Thursday with a 12:00 Noon cut off. If your order is recieved on Thursday, after 12:00 Noon, it will not be shipped until the coming Monday.
• We CURRENTLY DO NOT ship venomous reptiles. Arrangements must be made for pick up in the state of South Carolina.

Refunds

• There are no cash refunds.
• Company credit will be issued.
• All sales are final.
• No exceptions.
